Whether you live in Colorado, California, or Connecticut, preserving the wild
alpine peaks, rugged canyons, and broad plateaus of the Southern Rockies is
important to you. Now, as a Friend of Conservation, you can help preserve these
special places forever.
As a member of the Conservation Society, you will support our efforts to:
Safeguard the most wild, remote, and unique places permanently, Restore and
preserve the quiet backcountry experience throughout the Southern Rockies
region, Find innovative solutions that meet the hard challenges facing our
public lands in the 21st century, including rapidly growing motorized
recreation on dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, jet skis, and
extreme jeeps, and Restore damaged wilderness areas, maintain trails, monitor,
and otherwise assist federal officials to manage public lands.

Magazine, Action Alerts on important conservation issues when you join our
Alert List, and Invitations to programs, events, conservation hikes, and
stewardship projects.
Literature Society
Joining the Literature Society is perfect for those who love adventure through
books.
As a member of the Literature Society, you will support our efforts to: Fund
the largest mountaineering library in the western hemisphere and publish new
books, Publish guidebooks, nature books, cultural and historical books as well
as children's books.
Benefits include:
A one-year subscription to the CMC Trail and Timberline Magazine, Circulation
privileges in the Colorado Mountain Club Library, located in the American
Alpine Club Library,Invitations to programs and events.
RMOTHG Social Member
If youre a past member of the Rocky Mountain Over the
Hill Gang and dont have interest in hiking, biking or skiing, please consider
joining as a Social Member. For $15, you will be entitled to participate in our
Social Activities only. This membership does not include a tax deductible
contribution.
